Self catering villa with a pool. Set in stunning countryside in the hinterland of Makarska and Split, 18km (10 miles) from some of the best beaches. The villa is located in a very quiet village Grabovac, where you can have an absolute peaceful & relaxing holiday with everything being only a 30 minutes drive. The villa is surrounded by mountains and has fantastic sunsets. Villa Olka has originated from more than 150 years old family home Dundić which was partly burned down in World War II. Villa accommodates up to 12 guests. 6 en-suite rooms with queen size beds, each room has TV and phone. Guest cottage with en-suite room on the first floor while the ground floor has a top-notch original Dalmatian tavern. Possibilities to make own wine – harvesting and preparation, as well as tasting. Privacy, ambiance, mild temperature during summer, easy accessibility from the highway. The guest have on disposal one more house, the restaurated object, once used for drying meat, and now it contains a great fireplece, a baker's oven and a room with a bathroom.

SWIMMING POOL

With heating system and asymmetrically shaped, this pool is 13.5 m long, 6.5m wide and 1.6m deep, with two levels of depth. Big circular waterfall and a fountain made of naturally shaped rocks make this pool very interesting and unique. Also, there is a whirlpool for 6 people, with a table in the middle. The pool water is free of any chemical supstances.

Equipped with latest equipment that will satisfy both professionals and beginners. The gym has its own sound system and it’s possible to practice aerobics and Pilates, as well as yoga.

GAME ROOM

New professional billiard table is situated in our winter garden and will ensure relaxing fun moments through the year. There is a darts board as well as a comfortable lounge gallery perfect for relaxation.

Terrace with barbecue facilities accommodates up to 25 people and is also suitable for outdoor meetings.
